Paying for your holiday

In order to book your holiday we require a 20% deposit within 7 days of us confirming your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If you are booking less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, the entire balance is due when we confirm your booking.

Any money you pay to us will be held in a separate bank account that will not be used to fund the business. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your holiday, you will receive a full refund.

The easiest and safest way to pay is by bank transfer. We will provide you with the bank details upon confirmation of your booking. We do accept bookings by cheque, but we do need to allow 7 working days to allow the cheque to clear.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, we will retain your deposit.

If you cancel between 4 and 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, 50% of the total cost of the holiday is payable.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, 100% of the total cost of the holiday is payable.
